As a Local of 33 years we like to treat one self to a bit of luxury. We have stayed here before an loved it. Rooms are very clean n have had a bit of a refurb an look great. Had in room dinning an the food was great, as was the service. Had a in room spa which was relaxing. Was on the second floor did not find road noise to bad. Very fast checkin

Love the bed, not the usual two pushed together but a genuine kind size bed! Large balcony was nice, little touches of luxury such as spa bath, large shower, bath robes, mini bar etc. Staff booked our boat trip to the reef for us and they have lots of area knowledge and recommendations, very helpful and friendly!

Everything. We were upgarded without it being requested so that we had a quiet room. Reception staff were excellent as was the assitance given from the tours desk and the restaurant.
Clean modern rooms; very well appointed.
Excellent restaurant and pool.

Excellent place to stay in Cairns. 10-15 minutes walk into the town centre. A spacious apartment, very clean. Great help from the staff. We booked a swim out apartment which was well worth the extra money. Highly recommended.

We stayed twice at the Pullman International Cairns on this trip. Two nights on the way to Port Douglas and one night on the way back. On the way to Port Douglas we arrived at ten thirty and our room was ready. It was clean, tasteful and had a great view all over Cairns. We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books.... Keep up the good work guys & gals ... you make a great team...

Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The horizon club area + pool side was very clean. The horizon club had a very good deal with the breakfast buffet plus the coffee/tea/drinks throughout the day + the evening canapes. The staff were very helpful in assisting us with organising trips to the reef. The apartment was clean and bright, and we were upgraded from a two bedroom to a three bedroom apartment. We realised that the view of the ocean would be a narrow view as we would not be at the front of the complex. We will return next year. -

Very pleased with our recent stay in the 4th floor family apartment. Great views from the balcony, close to so many facilities, very nicely presented, extremely clean, every thing we required was in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends. -
