  I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The beach was spectacular. the resort had been recommended to me as convenient to Cairns and Port Douglas, and it was a very nice base for my 5 day visit to FNQ!   The staff at this hotel are probably the most friendly, helpful, professional staff I've ever come across - and I worked in hospo for 8 years! They really made our stay from the moment we arrived - despite a small issue with the booking they rectified it immediately and with grace and charm. Our room (superior double with sea view) was very comfortable, spacious and well provisioned. Good, powerf - Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The horizon club area + pool side was very clean. The horizon club had a very good deal with the breakfast buffet plus the coffee/tea/drinks throughout the day + the evening canapes. The early arrival lounge was a good idea, that was the first hotel that i have been to that had that. My room was very spacious and gave a very relaxing feel to it.   We stayed twice at the Pullman International Cairns on this trip. Two nights on the way to Port Douglas and one night on the way back. On the way to Port Douglas we arrived at ten thirty and our room was ready. It was clean, tasteful and had a great view all over Cairns. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the pool and surrounds were beaut... vad folk säger » iful. When we left two bottles of chilled water had been placed in our rental car. On the second stay our room was not ready when we arrived at midd - We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books.... Keep up the good work guys & gals ... you make a great team...

  Everything. We were upgarded without it being requested so that we had a quiet room. Reception staff were excellent as was the assitance given from the tours desk and the restaurant.   We chose Rainbow inn for the price and then when we got there we loved the hotel, The staff were friendly and welcoming, The room was perfect for us and we walked straight out our door to the pool and spa area which is just so inviting.
