  Bra poolområde - Close to everything. The best pool ever with sandy lagoon and sitting tables around. Very refreshing after the long hot day... Breakfast was good, in addition to traditional choices (cold and hot) included some unconventional dishes tailored to Asian tourists. Staff was helpful and efficient. Having tour desk that was open until ... vad folk säger » late was very helpful as we arrived in the evening, but were able to book the next day trip to the reef on site. - the absoulute magnificent desk staff being kaylene and george they both should be commended with their focus and attention given too myself and wife novotel should double their wages as they are worth every cent -we have traavelled extensively for 10 years and they are the cream of staff come in contact with worldwide
