  We were a couple with a infant. We were recommended to this hotel by a friend. It had cooking facilites we wanted for our baby. T also had Air conditioner, car parking and wi-fi which we look for where ever we go. The staff (receptionist- I assume she is the owner) was very friendly and helped us a lot to plan our sight seeing. Bed was very comfortable.Kitchen area very adequate. Good outdoor BBQ area. Location great - near the Esplanade, shops and airport. Good price for the facilities as a lot of budget accommodation have shared bathrooms.

  Prices were very good. The location was great since that it was right where the bus stops were that picked you up for your tours. Staff was incredibly helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong sort of room for our stay.   Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation. I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort. The pool was gorgeous, the breakfast was superb, and the ho - We really liked the layout of Palm Royale and so many swimming pools from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff constantly patrol the site. The room was very good value for money and we would stay again.

  It was our 2nd staying at the property and we enjoyed pretty much for twice accommodation there. It is a little bit different service style comparing with the big deluxe hotels, all the staffs here were all looking after us like family member, which made us feeling “ home away from home”. All - The location of the Bay Tree Hotel was perfect for our tansfer from the airport, the boat to Green Island for snorkelling and the Skytrain / Karunda rainforest expererience. The staff at the hotel desk were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast by the pool on a nice sunny morning was perfect and added to our holiday. The room was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed, the confortable bed and the well equipped bathroom with walk in shower was very acceptable.

  The swim-out apartment was spacious and clean. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry equipments were in good condition. Craig, one of the reception staffs there, was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us many information about the day trips to Daintree rain forest and the ship cruise to the Great Barrier Reef, etc. The Apartment is quite q... vad folk säger » uiet as it is located near the end of the Esplanade away from the restaurants and pubs, but still it's just ~10-15min walk to the city centre - Excellent place to stay in Cairns. 10-15 minutes walk into the town centre.   We were originally meant to only stayed 4 nights but we stayed the entire 8 of our holidays! It is definitely worth the price you pay. Our room was serviced everyday by the friendly house keepers and were always greeted by the friendly, helpful service desk people. The people at the service desk will always help you book tours, taxi, shuttle bu... vad folk säger » ses and all. Webber whom was a staff member was mainly a huge help to my partner and I!! The breakfast buffet is amazing. They offer a huge variety of - Absolutely loved our stay at the Rydges Esplanade Resort. The staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We checked in prior to 2pm due to a flight reschedule and even though the hotel was close to full the staff did everything they could to get us into our room as quickly as possible which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a mountain view room which had stunning views of Cairns at night. If your out during the day, I'd recommend this

This hotel/motel was very clean and well laid out (as good as a new building) with swimming pool, breakfast area with the option for a cooked meal - continental provided, spacious outdoor lounge and BBQ area. Three car hire firms a five minute walk away. We have already recommended this hote - Queen's Court had atmosphere. The areas for relaxing are plentiful, aesthetically pleasing and well designed. From the clean rooms equipped with TV, fridges, hair dryer, AC to the included breakfast, this hotel is very budget friendly. Although on a main thoroughfare our room was toward the back of the hotel and noise was not a problem. Exceptionally friendly staff concluded an excellent stay!

  Staff & hotel were welcoming & friendly. We were immediately signed up as Rydges Premium customers by Sam at reception, which gave us good discounts during our stay. I was with my adult daughter who recently had an accident which caused a foot injury & Sam went out of his way to facilitate her & ensure her comfort.
