Very friendly and supportive staff on the front desk.
River front views from room.
Ease of access to the river boardwalk where you can walk for kilometres even to the city centre if you wanted to.
Great location, left car in secure car park, walked 300 metres to ferry terminal and got ferry to town. Good and frequent ferry service.

Fabulous location,friendly staff,well equipped apartment for family.
Location, view, easy access to local amentities.
Close to public tpt, restaurants & shops. Right on waterfront.
Facilities were rather basic.
Every now and then I think the cleaning staff should report on repairs or replacements needed. Otherwise a card that guests can fill out. Room 38 has a couple of light bulbs blown and the doona is very badly stained and limp!
They're cheap to replace.

The apartment had a fire alarm test which began at 7.35 am with loud alarm in the apartment, this continued through with testing of internal loud speakers through to 9.00 am and repeated fire alarm testing. On check out, it was raised with desk staff, who 'apologised' but said there was no test at 7.35 am (which there was). Should never have been tested before 10 am.
Annoying building to navigate from carpark to get to your room. Bed uncomfortable & fans noisy.Also, only place we have stayed in with no brochures or booklet on where to go,what to do etc. Not even info on the apartments themselves.
