The owners of the hotel were very delightful and friendly to talk to. My partner and I booked the wrong room and they were happy to move us. They always were smiling and we brought our own pillows and when they made our bed the next day they uses our pillows instead of there'S. Which I just thought was very nice and I wasn't expecting them to actually make the bed. The rooms are very spacious and the owners made our trip that extra bit special so thank you for that. The next time we stay there .
alla recensioner » Thia was a friendly place in a very quiet residential location, close to, but not in the centre of the town. I had a lovely morning walk round watching birds such as galahs & honeyeaters. Some people might prefer to be on the sea front, But Appollo bay is a very small place, so it doesn;t make much difference, particularly if you have a car. Stayed in a standard double. Refurbished to a good standard and presented very well. Had everything we needed. Location was very good, within easy walking of main street. Room was compact but suited us fine. Would definitely return. I liked the fact you needed to walk into town and to the beach but you could hear the sea through the open window. The studio apartment was comfortable, very clean and the units themselves in a quiet location. The Motel was very close to everything we needed. The Studio apartment was VERY clean and tidy. The staff very friendly. Would stay there again but thought $200 for 2 people per night a bit expensive. The room was clean, the owners were just lovely and the location was fantastic - only a couple of minutes walk from the Apollo Bay foreshore. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable bed and pillow made us sleep well. Also very clean. Location is quite good, not too close to noisy area but still walking distance to shops & restaurants. The motel looks nice. Family appartment for 4-5 persons had the main bed in the living room, not a separate bedroom. The towels could do with upgrading-they were fraying and looked like they were my grandmothers. The window had no lock on it. A bit more expensive on certain days. Not really a big issue but the ensuite was very narrow. at night no water to the toilet.
