the proprietor was very helpful solving 2 issues First my Uruguay car permit and 2 my mud caked situation after getting the car stuck.

Mattias at the front desk speaks very good English and was most helpful.

The hotel offered so many wonderful amenities including a full breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, bar, piano player, and beautiful view from our hotel room. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location was also ideal in that it was a few blocks outside of the main square but easily walkable to all that that Bariloche has to offer.

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the center of
city, but on the lake with a private beach and million dollar views. The
staff was extremely friendly and informative. The room we had overlooked
the lake. It was large, furnished very nicely with a large picture
window which opened so we could get the mountain/lake breezes.

We stayed in the Villa Huinid Hotel (not the Lodge). Nice, spacious, clean room. The hotel is at a quiet location, not too far from the city. Terrace with very nice view at the mountains and over the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent spa facilities and breakfast. - Attention to detail of staff.

Our experience at Catalonia Sur was outstanding! We were lucky enought to extend our stay. Juan was an excellent and accomodating host. Staff were very attentive too. The staff, juan and tania were excellent answering all of our questions about the area, booking tables at restaurants, etc, etc. they couldn't have done more and really made our stay!
The apt is extremely clean, fresh and modern finished to a good standard. Our apartment had great panoramic views of the lake and a little balcony to sit on to enjoy them with a drink

Paula and Luis were so very helpful even before our arrival - arranging
our transfer to the hotel from the airport. From the moment we arrived
we felt like part of the family, they provided great info about local
restaurants, had local bus tickets for purchase and reconfirmed a boat
tour we had booked ourselves. The view to the lake was stunning,
