  The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, where the stores and restaurants are located. Mattias at the front desk speaks very good English and was most helpful.   Paula and Luis were so very helpful even before our arrival - arranging our transfer to the hotel from the airport. From the moment we arrived we felt like part of the family, they provided great info about local restaurants, had local bus tickets for purchase and reconfirmed a boat tour we had booked ourselves.
