  the proprietor was very helpful solving 2 issues First my Uruguay car permit and 2 my mud caked situation after getting the car stuck. This is the only hotel in the country with wheel chair accessible swimming pool. Nelidha is a leading exponent of disabled access and a disabled tourism expert and knowledgable on all travel. Clean modern comfortable rooms. Excellent fresh breakfast in wonderful setting. Kind attentive and helpful staff. Beautiful location on the lake. Great architectural design to take advantage of fantastic views. Only a 10 minute walk to town centre. Excellent

  The staff members are very friendly. Very warm and clean. Not too fast from city centre (15 minutes walk). Good breakfast and cheap.

  Friendly, helpful staff. They helped 2 very tired Americans find a restaurant willing to serve them at 7 pm on a Sunday evening and helped us use the local bus for transportation. Room was great. Quiet, nice view, off the beaten path. Beach and lake were calming after long flights. - Fantastic staff! They are so nice.   Wonderful location, at the base of Cerro Catedral (a little far away from Bariloche city). Nice and spacious room, with jacuzzi and good heating system. The breakfast was acceptable and the little kitchen had the minimum stuff needed to prepare some simple meals.

  Everything was amazing at Lirolay Suites. The staff were notably good, always there, happy to help with booking taxi's, bringing our keys out when needed etc. Really good. Breakfast was fantastic, best we had in s America. The room was just perfect with fantastic views, a balcony, hot tub, separate shower and toilet, heating, fridge, sink, tv/dvd ... vad folk säger » and free DVD's in reception. Also, a side note, the food and service at the restaurant opposite were superb. Don't bother with the Stag place down the - Amazingly helpful staff, incredible views, and big, comfortable room (we had one of the Lake Suites). The location was as good as you can expect in Bariloche...a few km outside of downtown, a short bus ride from some of the scenery, and 2 km from a great restaurant, Boliche de Alberto.

  Everything.... Spectacular views!!! The rooms were to die for, every possible amenity they had it & more. Expansive rooms which included: Enormous Jacuzzi with an amazing view, Aromatherapy & color-therapy steam room with shower. Dry sauna. Fireplace. Bar. Kitchen with built-in nook. Wonderful restaurant with the most phenomenal views fr... vad folk säger » om their sun-deck. Staff was truly genuinely friendly & professional. Avid traveller & I would vote charming at the TOP of my list for the # - I loved the staff, from the reception to the cleaning everybody very nice and ready to help. The breakfast was very good, speacially Eugene, who prepares an excellent cappucino (really a coffee professional). The apartment had an excellent space with complete kitchen and very good if you go with children as well. Love it.
