  The setting and the helpfulness of the staff, in particular Ms. Irene Vassolo. She was helpful in arranging my wildlife trip and was able to answer in a timely manner all the myriad questions I had. She was full or foresight. I appreciated her help in arranging an excursion for a single person very mucy.
