  Professional and friendly staff. Efficient & quick service. Lovely pool & spa. Accommodating to requests. Best Martini's in Argentina. They deserve their association to Leading Hotels of the World. - Clean and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Liked having the travel agent on property to help assist with tour plans.

  We felt very much at home at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, and helpfull when you need information about the waterfalls. The hotel is located about 15 minutes away (walking) from the town centre in a residential area. That makes it nice and quiet at night and it's a safe route to walk. (and the town's centre isn't that nice either) Definately... vad folk säger » try out the restaurant! Food was the best we had during 2 weeks in Argentina. Breakfast was good (no buffet), nicely served on a wooden board with p - The best hotel in Puerto Iguazu. Exceeded all my expectations. Especially if you prefer boutique experience and not the mainstream large hotels for mass tourism. Personal touch, great design and relaxing atmosphere is what you get. Another surprise came from their restaurant: the chef has a Michelin star and it shows. His creations is a work of art on a plate that will tickle all your senses. The staff is helpful and will get you sorted with all your trips to the waterfalls. The owner is great

  On arrival, the desk man spent a quarter hour with us, explaining touroptions, and was patient and charming. Immediately, we felt at ease. At the spa, two of us enjoyed the hot stone massage, delightful and quite reasonable. - Staff were extremely helpfull and English was excellent

  Excellent locaton, you can see the spray of the falls from the hotel and it was litterally seconds to walk to the path for the falls. We were short on time and found this the perfect place to stay. Big luxurious bed, with a tv with lots of channels, some of which are in english. Great range of eating options available, from the more upmarket rest... vad folk säger » aurant to casual dining in the bar - we had a delicious meal and well made cocktails on the deck. Nice toiletries supplied and an abundance of towels. - We liked the fact that the Iguazu Sheraton is the only hotel located within the boundaries of Iguazu Falls National Park. If you're staying just 1 night for Iguazu, then being within the park itself basically gives you 2 days. Fly in one morning, fly out the next evening. Very nice, clean hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Although the room was a little pricy, I would still spring for the extra cost of getting a room with a view of the falls.   This hotel is great. The reception staff where so friendly and the room was perfect for what I needed which was pretty much a bed and a shower. The hotel was really close to some good restaurants and near the bus terminal to the falls. The added bonus of the breakfast really helps with the budget too as the falls and iguazu itself is quite expensi... vad folk säger » ve. They arrange a taxi back to the airport and also looked after my luggage when is checked out and went to the falls for the morning. - We loved everything!! This hotel was great value for money and for us, that took this as a break from hostels because of the poor quality of the hostels in the city, it was a true paradise! Comfortable beds, extremely friendly staff (especially the pregnant woman and the man that was a bit older) and great big showers! Do not hesitate, stay here!

  Great location, there are a couple closer to the falls but this is right on the river, close to the point of Argentina / Brazil / Paraguay and the main town area is round the corner. Hotel was amazing and a Casino for those who fancy a little roll of the dice - Good staff, excellent facilities, with easy walking access to the town.

  The 2 bedroom apartment we had was excellent. It even had a lounge and own wifi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a tour to the Argentina side of Iguazu and a private car to the Brazil side- both were excellent. Restaurant was good. Although the lamb on the first night was a bit disappointing- overcooked. The steak on the second... vad folk säger » night was delicious. The restaurant staff were fantastic and even made a huge desert with a massive sparkler for my mums birthday completely on the h - The hotel is extremely beautiful and fascinating! When we first entered our spacious lodge we were so happy to be there! It is so nice inside, and on the outside it is marvelous, as you stay in heart of Iguassu! The hotel is a 100% must! And the staff is so kind and welcoming. They dealed with our issues easy (not related to the hotel) and nice. Speaking excellent English, which is important :) thank you guys for our unforgettable experience.

  The hotel was clean and located in a quite area but the walls were very thin so noise from other guests was a problem early in the evening. - Reasonable 'average' hotel. Nice sized room (although I did book a mini suite, so you'd expect it!). I did see a couple of other rooms though and they looked a good size too. Clean, nicely designed.
