  It was a very calm peaceful setting in a busy city. We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time. The hotel has 12 rooms, they're very spacious, comfortable and clean, breakfast was lovely. The Ilum is one of the nicest places we have stayed and we have travelled extensively. It is very well located in Palermo Hollywood in a very nice area with excelent restaurants. It is also very close to Palermo Soho and only some steps away (but not that much!) from the Subway.   Modern boutique hotel in neigborhood of Palermo Hollywood. Its abit further away from old Palermo (about a 15-20 min walk) where most boutique stores and restaurants are situated.   I’m very glad that we choose to stay at the Sileo Hotel for the week we spent in Buenos Aires. The hotel itself is a little gem located in Recoleta, the nicest part of Buenos Aires.
