  This hotel is stunning! Its a beautiful place to stay and looks even better when you are there. I stayed with my mother and it was a pleasant visit really comfortable, clean and rooms are big enough. Definitely worth the money.   Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Sympathetic employees. We were charged exactly as previewed (it doesn't happen always in Sth. America). Good location in Microcentro (even though the renovation works at Calle Florida). Comfortable rooms with bathtube. - the location is good, the staff can spaek english and is very friendly. the room is big and very nice.
