The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The roof top pool was a great way to soak in the sun and escape from the city for a moment. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were outstanding.They operated as a really good team, nothing was too much trouble and they were a great sight for a weary traveller as I got there after a long flight.My not speaking Spanish was not a problem as they all spoke and understood English very well.They seemed to enjoy the challenge.

Staff were outstanding - very friendly and went out of their way to help and make me feel comfortable. Excellent location, just a short walk to the many shops, restaurants, cafes and clubs of Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. Comfortable rooms and bedding, plus a nice little balcony to relax with a glass of wine. Very nice breakfast as well. Highly recommended!

a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in
time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give
nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was
