  Everything! This "hotel" seemed more a short-term apartment rental. The room was great, very clean, very big (bigger than our NYC apartment). It included a full kitchen, nice bathroom with a tub (a first in our travels to South America), couch, dining room area, comfortable bed, great lighting, and a balcony with a partial view of the cemetery, an... vad folk säger » d a view of the pool. The breakfast was your typical South American pastries with Ham and cheese, but was brought to your room, instead of eating in a - Great location on Recoleta Plaza with a view of the famous cemetery. Greenery and cafes just across the street. Very helpful English speaking desk staff in this small "apartment " hotel. Every room seems to be identical with a kitchen and sitting area that would make it convenient for families or people staying longer.

  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance. For a family like mine with two children was perfect! - The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites.   At the adress there was no room available. However, I have been given one about 700 mtrs away in one of the best neighborhoods (Recoleta).   Awesome staff, very friendly. We stayed in an apartment for a really cheap price and it was beautiful and comfortable. In the middle of th city, it was actually the perfect place to stay.   It was nice and pleasant stay, close to the city center, reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection. Host was very helpful with instructions and emailed us prior to agree on exact time of arrival and arrange an early check-in. - We were very independent and feel just like home.
