  A warm welcome by the staff and a very relaxing room awaited our arrival. Included breakfast was nicely prepared and had the full range of food- omelettes made just for you. I think this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, in the world! The linens were perfect. Franco, Martin and Egor went out of their way to accommodate our activity... vad folk säger » plans. We were not rushed out. the Recolata location couldn't be better for everything we wanted to do. I am recommending that our guide suggest 'Mio - We had an absolutely fabulous experience at Mio. Staff were very accommodating, room was incredible (we had one with a bath). Would loved to have stayed longer, but unfortunately we only had one night! If ever back in BA, we will stay at Mio!

  Bra service. Bra standard. - Loved the friendliness of the staff; that almost everyone spoke English, Sebastian and Adrian were terriffic at the concierge desk/function. The breakfast ( brunches) were very good. It was great that we could just lounge in the garden after we had checked out before we had to leave for airport. - The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. After one night I asked to be moved to a quieter room as I am a very light sleeper and the noise from the road was bad. I was moved without any problem. The facilities are excellent and the neighbourhood is safe and interesting to walk around. Lots of restaurants close by and the "hop on hop off" tourist bus passes close by. The concierge arranged for us to see a Tango show which was excellent. Will go back.
