We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do

Stayed here for four nights and liked this French run hotel. there was a mini bar and a safe with large flat screen cable TV. Loved the friendly efficient and knowledgable staff. - The hotel has by far the best finishing in construction and decoration we have seen in Argentina, something which is far from obvious in Argentina
- the hotel is located in Palermo Hollywood; to our opinion even better than Palermo Soho: lots of nice restaurants and bars

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the
staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location
is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. The next door
neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo
Metro Station.
A Taxi ride to AEP airport is about 70 pesos, to Puerto Mad

Excellent location in happening Palermo... Loft was spacious and with cooking facilities, and one is quite independent to do as one pleases.. Staff are very friendly... Hotel is clean and private... facilities are limited but its got a very homelike feeling... Grocery shop right next door...
