Stayed 3 nights, and wish it was more - Sa Pa is one of Vietnam's true jewels and simply cannot be missed.   This is a perfect hotel for Sapa in the Winter time, the hot and cold air-conditioner is very helpful while many people suffered from Sapa cold weather. It is worth for our train ride, we arrive at about 5am on night train and take about an hour to transfer from Lao Cai train Station to hotel by shuttle bus. Hotel staffs are all very friendly and they can communicate well with Englis - The hotel located in a very well place, it is very centre but quiet becuse it is up on the hill away from the traffic, It only take 2 minutes to walk to Sapa church, market and the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff, room clean and very warm. Trekking option is avialble at this hotel and they arranged very nice trek for us to Lao Chai and Ta van village. Inshort, We got the best value for what we paid for.

  The Spa is basically a swimming pool, a sauna and a hamam. If you compare with the rest of the hotels in Sapa, is definitely the best.   First of all, the staff was just fantastic, very kind and ready to help you with whatever request you might have. We had a very nice room situated at the second floor. Although there is no central heating, the electric blanket and the electric heater successfully resolve this issue. The breakfast is pretty good and if you - Cat Cat is ideally located near the centre of Sa Pa town. The views of the rice fields and the mountains from the terrace out the front of the room were breath-taking. The room came with a computer, wifi, tea/coffee facilities and a fire-place and was large and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient to start a days trekking and was delicious. The owner was very helpful with all of our inquiries.

  The staff is really nice and flexible. I didn't liked the dorm room and for low money increase I moved for 2 nights in a very comfortable single room. The really nice organised all other things for me- sa pa nowadays was fully booked and we desidet together what to do. I dont felt lost! They lady that ran it was brilliantly helpful and gave us a room to sleep and shower in before our room was ready at 6:30am on the day of check in which was really helpful. Organised a bus back to Lao cai for us when we were leaving and told us about treks they did without ever being pushy like you get in some places.

  I've (budget-)travelled through Cambodia and Vietnam for six months and Graceful Sapa Hotel was definitely one of the best accomodations I've stayed in. Especially the extreme friendly and helpful owners (a nice young family with two cute little children) make you feel at home. The location is also great: right in the centre of Sapa, near the local market. Lots of interesting views / sho - We loved the friendly owner Thuan and his family, he makes you feel very welcome. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Sa Pa Market. Clean and spacious room, you should ask for one with a balcony, it has a nice mountain view. You can arrange a tour in the hotel for a great price, I would recommend to do so. Also, the owner can fix you up with a ticket for the night train to Hanoi for the best price we've found in Sa Pa. Breakfast is included in the price and is very tasty! V
