  First of all, the staff was just fantastic, very kind and ready to help you with whatever request you might have. We had a very nice room situated at the second floor. Although there is no central heating, the electric blanket and the electric heater successfully resolve this issue. The breakfast is pretty good and if you - Cat Cat is ideally located near the centre of Sa Pa town. The views of the rice fields and the mountains from the terrace out the front of the room were breath-taking. The room came with a computer, wifi, tea/coffee facilities and a fire-place and was large and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient to start a days trekking and was delicious. The owner was very helpful with all of our inquiries.

  Good hotel, enjoyed my stay! Arrived with the night train and was at the hotel at 7am (dead tired after the train). The staff offered coffee and breakfast, a warm blanket and after one hour (at 8:00am) my room was ready!!! This was very-very appreciated!   This hotel is just excellent, they arranged also pick up from the station for us so we were nicely surprised when we got out of the train that we did not have to look for taxi. Very clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, in the centre but quiet and you can easily access Cat cat villa... что говорят » ge. We took also one of their sapa tours and we really enjoyed it. - Perfect location, literally on the same street that leads down to Cat Cat village. Rooms were ample and had an incredible view from the forth floor balcony (probably the best in town). The family running the place was really nice and helpful. The cinnamon tea was a perfect way to relax when coming back from long treks. All in all a great place to stay and would definitely go back.

  I loved the size of the room and the cleanliness. The couple that ran the B and B were very very nice. The B n B itself was a castle set in a beautiful huge garden complete with huge coy pond. I would stay there again for sure. - The hotel was awesome. It's actually a two-storey house where the owner's parents live. All meals are prepared by the owner's mum and they taste heavenly. Hotel is well-located in husstle of Sapa heart, surroundings by restaurants and shops. The owner took care of us so well. We were deadly-tired on arrival by night train, but welcomed by warm tea with nice smiles by the owner and provided by instrustions to explore the town. He also recommend us good advises for trekking tours. We were let to use room for a bath before taking to train station on last day. Totally highly recommend this place for all traveller!
