Can't say enough about Sapa Paradise View and their staff - absolutely wonderful place. Stayed 3 nights, and wish it was more - Sa Pa is one of Vietnam's true jewels and simply cannot be missed. Halong Bay of course is beautiful and I'd hate to have to choose but Sapa provides something special indeed.
To start, I was able to check in very early at 7:00am. I had a special rate and was still upgraded to a deluxe room which was beautiful with TWO balconies with mountain views.

The hotel located in a very well place, it is very centre but quiet becuse it is up on the hill away from the traffic, It only take 2 minutes to walk to Sapa church, market and the restaurant.
Very friendly and helpful staff, room clean and very warm.
Trekking option is avialble at this hotel and they arranged very nice trek for us to Lao Chai and Ta van village.
Inshort, We got the best value for what we paid for.

The hotel was awesome. It's actually a two-storey house where the owner's parents live. All meals are prepared by the owner's mum and they taste heavenly. The hotel is perfect for anyone who is looking for a homely place in Sapa.

station for us so we were nicely surprised when we got out of the train

We took also one of their sapa tours and we really enjoyed it. -
Perfect location, literally on the same street that leads down to Cat Cat village. Rooms were ample and had an incredible view from the forth floor balcony (probably the best in town). The family running the place was really nice and helpful. The cinnamon tea was a perfect way to relax when coming back from long treks. All in all a great place to stay and would definitely go back.

Extremely helpful staff, arranging tours, motorbike hire & transport back to the train station (ask for them to pick you up too as we had to wait an hour for the local minibus to be full before leaving).
Gave us an extra duvet as was quite cold (visited beginning of Dec). Beautiful views from the balcony & the room was wonderful. 3minute walk to main street/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Brand new hotel with new facilities and very clean.
One of the most fantastic views I had from an hotel before, it really fits the name as the best view in Sapa.
As it is new hotel there are some minor improvements to be done. I had a problem in the bath room but immediately they change me to another room, same standard.
Receptionist speaks perfect English which helps a lot. The rest of the staff doesn't speak the best English but as they are so willing to help you will find your way to get hel
