The innkeepers attention to every detail, big and small. We arrived late to find our key and city map with restaurant locations and directions circled. A beautiful old home and garden with life breathed back into it as a lovely B & B! We loved our stay! -

The staff of The Downtowner were wonderful. Warm, friendly and very helpful with directions and suggestions of places to see, eat, etc. The location of the The Downtowner could not be beat! Right in the middle of downtown Saratoga Springs. It was great for strolling around the town, visiting the shops and checking out the different resturants

Location is the best! Nice sitting area outside the room or around the
pool. Wifi works great and we had a king bed which was great and
comfortable. Quiet and friendly place to stay. The breakfast was
minimal but uncommond grounds across the street has the best coffee
& bagels or up the street on the left was a full all day breakfast
for less than $10.

The staff was very accommodating. In particular there was some confusion regarding a breakfast coupon that went with the cost of the room. They gave us the coupon without any discussion. The shuttle was wonderful as were the drivers. The pool was warm and clean. The room was clean and the location was close to downtown and other attractions. -

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly & you really feel that nothing is too much trouble. We had an issue with our room key & Ralf was brilliant sorting it out. Breakfast fresh, room comfy. Just across the road from an out of town shopping area, but not too far from lovely Saratoga Springs. Would definitely stay again if in the area. -

We loved the mineral baths and massages at the Roosevelt Spa! The
hotel is right in the middle of the state park with beautiful
trails. We rented bikes from the hotel and had a great leisurely
ride. Also utilized the hotel's free shuttle to downtown. All
around a great stay! -
