Staff very friendly and helpful. My request for extra pillows was provided without having to ask. Everything worked in the room. Best of all, consistent hot water for showers, no matter time of day. -

Decor was bright and made the room a pleasant place to stay. Comfortable bed, pillows ok, temperature adjustment was unique and accurate.
Bar on site was a nice surprise.
Kuerig coffee maker a pleasant surprise but need more than one little pod for each person.
Excellent location for access to the airport and the surrounding communities. -

The colonial village décor of the hotel makes on feel so comfortable.
The inside courtyards are a pleasure to walk through. The staff are all

When I arrived at 11pm, Ed at the front desk ensured I was happy with my room when the Firestone was not to my liking.
Also, Olga, the chief housekeeper ensured that an additional item I needed for the bath due to an old injury, was provided.
At breakfast, the complimentary "USA Today" and good scrambled eggs and bacon were appreciated.

Loved having a poolside room for the kids. LOVED the great breakfast buffet- lots of choices and everything hot and fresh-something for everyone. Enjoyed sitting alongside the pool area as well. Close to everything we needed. Problem with the toilet was fixed quickly and efficiently.

The hotel was very clean and our room was also. Although our air
conditioner was not working correctly, you just had to drop the temp to
62 to get the room cool. When I informed the gentleman at the front desk
to have someone look at it,on check out, he said we should have told him

I arrived a little early then the check in time and was greeted with a friendly staff very accomidating..the room was just as shown and lovely. Very roomy and everything was in mint condition..I can't say anything negative about my stay.. -
