Check-in staff purposely put us on a floor that was not where a wedding's guests were that night.

The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The staff was incredibly
friendly/professional. They made me feel welcomed the minute I
stepped my foot in the hotel. We were there to visit Salem and it was a
very short drive to Salem. The free breakfast was actually very nicely

This was one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The lobby and lounge areas were very warm and inviting. The hotel was very attractive and comfortable, spacious bar area with great healthy free appetizers! The FREE buffet breakfast with made to order omelets was the best ever!

Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

The very fair value for quality vs. other comparative hotels in area that I searched. The convenience to highway travel. The comfort and cleanliness of the room and building. Staff were professional and helpful and pleasant. Beds were wonderful! Adequate towels and amenities. Very nice breakfast buffet. This is our 4th or 5th visit to this motel and we have enjoyed every visit, despite the fact that it involved us going to see a doctor each time! We came to go to the Brigham and Women's Hospital in near by Foxborough.
