Check-in staff purposely put us on a floor that was not where a wedding's guests were that night.

This was one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The lobby and lounge areas were very warm and inviting. I am a smoker,even though I don't smoke a lot I found it very nice to be able to relax in my room with a cup of tea and a smoke. Not having to go outside was a true comfort. The hotel was very attractive and comfortable, spacious bar area with great healthy free appetizers! The FREE buffet breakfast with made to order omelets was the best ever!
The pool area was clean and the hot tub was roomy! Great place to stay at a very good price!

The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The staff was incredibly

stepped my foot in the hotel. We were there to visit Salem and it was a

Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

The very fair value for quality vs. other comparative hotels in area that I searched. The convenience to highway travel. The comfort and cleanliness of the room and building. The complete hotel was very clean and well designed from the wall paper to the pictures. Room was not big but well laid out and the a/c and neat worked fine.The free breakfast was great and the whole stay was fine.

Staff were professional and helpful and pleasant. Beds were wonderful! Adequate towels and amenities. Very nice breakfast buffet. This is our 4th or 5th visit to this motel and we have enjoyed every visit, despite the fact that it involved us going to see a doctor each time!
