The staff was very helpful even when letsbookhotel.com messed up our reservations, they found us a room and we were able to stay in the same room for the entire time.   Everything! This has to be one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It was clean, the staff was very helpful, and it looked like it was brand new. But it wasn't.
