The staff was very helpful even when letsbookhotel.com messed up our reservations, they found us a room and we were able to stay in the same room for the entire time.   We were greeted as promised by Melissa at the front desk and she had our room ready for us early, as we requested. The room was spotless and spacious with very nice amenities. The bed, linens, pillow, dest, lounge area were all top notch. There was fresh brewed coffee available all day long in the lobby area.   We lived in farmington for 12 years. We stayed at the Inn because its close to UConn Health Center where our grandchild was born. It was perfect; lovely room; breakfast room; great coffee; very comfortable; walking distance to several places to eat. And we love the town.   Everything! This has to be one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It was clean, the staff was very helpful, and it looked like it was brand new. But it wasn't. I asked for a non-smoking first floor room and that is exactly what I got.
