After "researching" so many hotels,We decided to book this hotel.Previous reviews helped us a lot in selecting this motel.We stayedthere for 06 days.This is one of the "best hotel" for a budget concioustraveller.Excellent in cleanliness..Especially the bathrooms. Great price and location. Very close to NYC...bus takes less than 20 min to get there. Our room was very clean and it was exactly as shown in the pictures. We also had a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. We loved our stay! -

Staff was very accommodating and efficient. No hassles with check in and check out. Hotel was budget-friendly, compared to hotels in NYC. It was hust a 10-min walk to the bus station, and a 15-min ride to NYC. -

check in was great, we had the Manager there personally at the desk ensuring that all guest needs were taking care of.
we also saw him throughout the stay always checking up on guest to ensure that all was going well.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had a good system in place you could tell. Maximum service with minimum intrusion.

Very good location. The bus stop was in front of the hotel and it was easy to drive by bus to the centre of New York City. We had a nice room with kitchen and airconditioning. Children liked about the pool. We liked to sit outside the hotel in a garden. Many restaurants very close to the hotel and some shops, too.

Clean, comfortable and less than $100 per night (inc breakfast). 10 minutes walk to JFK Boulevard for a bus. $3 to New York (40 minutes). Buses every 5 minutes.
Dunkin Do'nuts next door for a cheap meal.
This is a good economical place to stay for a New York visit. -

The location was perfect. Close to bus stop into NYC and 15-25 minute ride depending on traffic. Buses not crowded. Price of bus tickets so reasonable. location id very convenient for new york city visit especially if you take bus 129 which Has its bus stop 5 min. walk from the hotel and opetates very often until late evening, in fact the bus takes less than 30 min to the hart of new york city.
