The room was perfect! Incredible view of the harbour and comfortable. The front staff were very helpful and will certainly stay on our nexy visit. check in was great, we had the Manager there personally at the desk ensuring that all guest needs were taking care of.
we also saw him throughout the stay always checking up on guest to ensure that all was going well.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had a good system in place you could tell. Maximum service with minimum intrusion.

Very good location. The bus stop was in front of the hotel and it was easy to drive by bus to the centre of New York City. We had a nice room with kitchen and airconditioning. Children liked about the pool. We liked to sit outside the hotel in a garden. Many restaurants very close to the hotel and some shops, too.
