  The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard. didn't use the pool but there were many who did and it was lovely. The lobby wad pretty and fun to sit in. .breakfast was terrific and the lady in charge was outstanding. .a shame she was working alone to ... что говорят » police the public to keep homeless folks out..she was discreet and polite. AND she had to oversee the breakfast bar. - I usually try to stay at Red Roof Inn when I'm in Lubbock on business. The staff is great they go above and beyond your needs. There maybe needs some updating but as far as comfortable you can't beat it. Nice place to stay

  I appreciate the concern of the Manager in trying to accommodate us after the hotel put the wrong arrival date into the system. - Staff was friendly and helpful and even brought me 2 heavy blankets at midnight because I was freezing.

  included breakfast was very good staff was very friendly and helpful didn't need kitchenette but it was nice - Location, spaciousness, comfortable bedding, staff was excellent.

  The front desk staff were very helpful. When I told them about the elevator they changed us to another room for the next 2 nights. The lady in the breakfast room was the nicest, friendliest person.
