The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard.

I usually try to stay at Red Roof Inn when I'm in Lubbock on business. The staff is great they go above and beyond your needs. There maybe needs some updating but as far as comfortable you can't beat it. Nice place to stay

The beds were comfortable. The mini kitchen proved very useful. The bar on the first floor was great! Having a hot breakfast was a great way to start the day compared to the usual hotel breakfast menu of toast, cereal, and a fruit. Overall it was a something fresh in a town that likes to stick with a country style. -

Before he passed away, my fiancé and I found La Quinta the only hotel
for us. We have a beagle and it is the only place that doesn't
charge you extra and nobody ever complains about our dog. Of course
she always gets a bath, has never had fleas and never goes potty
inside a house. -

I had originally booked my room online, accidentally booking in the
wrong city. Online it advised that cancellations were not accepted due
to it being past the deadline. After booking and relizing my mistake I
called the Country Inn in Plainview and with no questions or anything
the attendant was gracious enough to cancel the resevations at that

My 85 y/o father was having eye surgery. The staff bent over backwards to help us, even providing a wheelchair for our stay. Beds were so comfortable, everything very clean, and breakfast very good. We will stay there again during his next surgery. -

Has a very upscale feel with classy furniture, features such as small fridge and new TV, and updated materials like granite countertop in the bathroom. I was extremely impressed with the property. The rooms were really nice, the beds & pillows were very comfortable & the hotel was really clean. The price was less than I've paid anywhere in 5 years. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Lubbock.

I appreciate the concern of the Manager in trying to accommodate us after the hotel put the wrong arrival date into the system. -
Staff was friendly and helpful and even brought me 2 heavy blankets at
midnight because I was freezing.
