  the room was very clean and easy accesable to handicaped. loved the creek running down beside it. you could open the window and listen to it all night. liked the balcony so you could overlook the water and people going down the street. - I did like the clean rooms. I loved the view of the river from the balcony.   It is an older establishment with new owners who are remodeling themselves. They can not do enough for you. Room was very clean, quiet location. we were seniors with our adult children and 2 grand girls. Will stay again. We understand they are doing bigger suites. Only owned the place a short time and they are working very hard to make this place... что говорят » a clean comfortable, safe place to stay. - My husband and I stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving weekend as a weekend away without children and we loved the room and the staff. Everyone was very friendly. We stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi tub and it was great. It was really relaxing after a night of snow tubing. We can't wait to stay there again.

  The location was excellent. Easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. Not far from Pigeon Forge. We just loved it very much. - I loved the king bed and the in room big jacuzzi. The staff was great. They provided all our needs.
