  Loved the location and the fact that we were in the mountains. The location was great--just a few miles outside of Gatlinburg and not very far to all the sites and attractions of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The staff went out of their way to see that we had what we needed, including a waitress and chef that more than accommodated my special reques... что говорят » ts needed for dietary purposes. Lots to do just on the resort grounds so you don't even have to wander off property if you just want to relax. - We like that we could visit here & had all we needed right on spot, didn't have to bring anything from town. We like that as a couple we were able to go out that evening & enjoy other couples socializing at the bar & had the restaurant on site. We also like that when we decide to come back we can also bring our daughter & she will be occupied with activities to do for her own age. Beautiful place, loved it, can't wait to come back!

  Staff was above & beyond! Great value! Was nervous about cleanliness based on prior reviews. However, everything about not only our room, but hotel grounds; was properly maintained & clean. Of course dated, 99% Gatlinburg hotels on/close to the Parkway are. If you know this area, you know to expect that anywhere. Except here, you pay up to... что говорят » 50% less. Quiet off the Parkway, yet close enough to comfortably walk to it & back f - I found it to be a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. It's a older motel, the court yard IDE we stayed in is the older section, but it was well kept up and very clean. For my kids ages 9 and 21 the Internet and pools are importtant, they had both! And my 9 year old loved having 3 pools to choose from! On one particular night a families kids above our heads got rowdy. One call to the desk resolved the problem in minutes. As to location...I like being out if the hustle of downtown. I
