The staff during check in was friendly and very helpful. Someone had
taken the remote for the tv, and they had another one sent up in a
matter of minutes. Room was clean, loved the balcony, have been there
before and hope to return. Having the continental breakfast saved me
about $30 a day, so that made it possible for us to do other things.

I liked the fact that the room didn't have carpet. The shower head was amazing after a long day of walking and the beds were very comfortable. I was also happy with the size of the fridge. It was great for travelers on a budget. The breakfast each morning was nice and filling. -

The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were what I remember of Gatlinburg- they are old- but so cozy. Love the wood burning fireplace and the balcony over the roaring creek. The biscuits and sausage gravy was a nice surprise. If you want a bigger breakfast just walk across the road. Want some good pizza- geno's is just a block away. Gre

I loved the balcony over the rushing creek! The option of 2 pools with the larger one great for the family and kids with the slides, waterfall, a smaller baby pool and towels available at the pool. Play ground for the kids was nice. Hot and cold breakfast included was a bonus. Microwave and refrigerator in the room is a plus. Grilling area out by the creek is nice. Would stay there again when we could stay longer as we were only there for one night. AC in the room worked great!

The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and a delight. The
fixtures and appliances all worked great, were all from the
'70's, but still in great shape. Peaceful. The last minute

I have to say, Reagan Inn is a great place to stay. Its no Hilton but it was a place to lay our head. We don't spend all our vacation time in a motel room anyway. Our room was clean and it was quiet. Its in an excellent location on one end of the Parkway closest to the Great Smokey MTs. Had covered parking and we were able to walk to everything.

hospitality, extra clean bathroom, an older hotel but our room had been
taken care of well, decent breakfast Saturday morning, fresh towels and
wash clothes were in a bag at our room door without asking, location is
the best in Gatlinburg!

The staff was very friendly. We had a couple of issues but they were handled very promptly. Loved the location. It set back away from the busy road which made it very peaceful. The river was right outside the door so you could hear it all night. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. -

Oak Square was conveniently located in downtown Gatlinburg. It was on
River Road, a block off of the main street, which made it a quiet resort
and offered a bit more privacy, while still being within walking
distance of all of the attractions and restaurants nearby. The king size
bed was very comfortable.
