Hotel reception staff were very helpful with my registration as Booking had not forwarded my registration to the Holiday Inn which had been confirmed by letsbookhotel.com approximately 7 hours earlier. Thankfully I had a printed copy of the registration. -

The swimming pool was awesome ! Kids loved to stay their cause they love it really , location was close to the groceries and the Main Street at the town , the room size was good enough for 4 person , we were 2 adults and two young kids , stuff were amazing and super helpful, will stay @ this hotel definitely again -

The location is unbeatable if you're attending a Texans game! The hotel is located directly beside Reliant Stadium and there's even a side entrance that allows you to walk out the hotel and right on to the stadium grounds. Mainly the location. Right across the parking lot from Reliant Stadium. I can walk to the game. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable, and liked having a refrigerator in room. On my last visit I had a death in the family, and the desk clerk was very helpful in canceling the rest of my stay. I will be staying here again a few more times this year.

The location was perfect for us because we were heading to an Astros game and Minute Maid was just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi. Though they only offered valet parking, it was less expensive than having to pay to self park in another lot. -

Really smart front desk staff. Clear answers to everything. Free glass of wine around dinner time, free cookies before bed. Nice. I loved that there was original art on every floor. The Doubletree was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable and of course we were greeted with warm cookies! The Front Reception staff went to extra efforts to ensure our stay was a good one and assisted us with finding restaurants, activities and shopping. -
