The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk person helped
me connect to the internet....more than once! The manager took me to
a convenience store and to car rental spot to try to locate lost

The staff could not have been nicer, more helpful and prompt. Van service to airport is great for early flights as it starts at 5am. Close to airport and there are at least two 24 hour restaurants nearby. Room had very large bed, good bathroom and air conditioning. And the small outdoor pool was a real plus. Only wish the free breakfast could be served slightly earlier for those needing 5am van to airport - but there was coffee.

Close to the venues we were going to see shows at and very well-priced for the location. Staff was great and the room was good. Whoever said they didn't give you shampoo was totally wrong: you get shampoo. -
Very clean. Large room with good beds. Good public transport outside and easy to hop back onto interstate. Not noisy given a busy road.

The first rom we got had a broken door...upon letting staff know, they didn't have anymore rooms of the type we requested. They upgraded us to the King Suite, with no extra charge. I can say I am very satisfied with the way they handled us. We are very happy with the customer service. -

I was very happy with my stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was clean, and contained everything I needed for my stay. While it wasn't right downtown, it was only a short walk from a bus that went downtown (to the train and bus terminals). Also, a shuttle was provided, which picked me up from the Greyhound station in the middle

I stayed for a day and the receptionists (a lady during day and a guy at night) are very friendly and welcoming, especially, the young lady who was from Farmington helped me a lot to introduce me the local places like Old Town and Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. The location is perfect and very close to gas station, UNM campus and the airport.
If I travel again to Albuquerque, I definitely will stay at this place again.

Great location on historic route 66 2 blocks from old town
Owners are hard working, dedicated and were very helpfull to my Mom and I.
We appreciated their strict policy applied to keep it "Non smoking"
My allergies are very sensitive to motel/hotel rooms/rental cars and such, that were advertised as non smoking, but had obvious smoking residue. Not the case here and we were very gratetful
