The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk person helped
me connect to the internet....more than once! The manager took me to
a convenience store and to car rental spot to try to locate lost
credit card. Yummy breakfast. The shuttle driver was very friendly

The staff could not have been nicer, more helpful and prompt. Van service to airport is great for early flights as it starts at 5am. Close to airport and there are at least two 24 hour restaurants nearby. Room had very large bed, good bathroom and air conditioning. And the small outdoor pool was a real plus. Only wish the free breakfast could be served slightly earlier for those needing 5am van to airport - but there was coffee.

Very happy with the whole experience. Convenient to the airport and the shuttle made catching the flight home a breeze. Great staff. The office facility made it possible to print the boarding passes and do a little work when I needed to. Was able to walk to restaurants and a ball game. We arrived at 3am and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't remember the name of the woman working the desk that morning but she was friendly and patient in dealing with some computer issues. We felt very welcomed - even at 3am! -

After travelling for 12 hours the comfort of the beds were the first noticeable things. I like the ease of getting our room; staff was pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding. Our 13-year old granddaughter gave it a thumbs up -

Excellent quality/price ratio, the Lodge is not right in the city center, but ABQ does not have a town center in the European sense...in any case, the beautiful Oldtown is within a short walk, as well as the interesting and surprising Rio Grande BioPark; to reach the rest of the city there are bus stops just a few meters. The staff is very friendly and helpful. thank you! Definitely recommend it.
