wow!!!!!!!!! Never ever in my life stayed anywhere that even comes close to comparing to Brook Barn from the place itself to the service we received.. We cant stop talking about this wonderful place to friends and family and will be returning very soon!! - Everything was fantastic. The owners were lovely, the room was great, the food was delicious.

This is no ordinary B & B but a century old pub situated in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes from the train station and 10 from the city centre, with friendly helpful staff and excellent food at a good price. I stayed two nights and had intended going into the city for the evenings but ate and drank in the pub instead, great food and cask ales I really enjoyed it - even the locals were friendly! I found the experience relaxing - travelling with my son was easy and with the facilities in the leisure centre there was a good balance with going out and then relaxing and enjoying the spa. We really needed a short break as a family & we found Bicester hotel on your website. We drove for about 50mins from London and came to such a beautiful scenery and a serene location which looked like a resort out of England. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and wow the facility was out of this world. Having free access to all the spa facility was a huge plus for me. My best friend and I plan to go back soon.

They were very helpful. After I was there for three hours I discovered the toilet did not work. They moved me to another room immediately. Two days later the ceiling caved in during the night because of the water from the air conditioner. Immediately they moved me to another room. - the clealiness was fantastic. infact it worth more than the money

The hotel was very comfortable. I had asked for a room with a view over the countryside and was given one. We were originally given a room with an ajoining door which was noisy as we could hear the next rooms tv. I asked reception if we could move. They read my original request for a countryside view and upgraded us for free in order to do this so

Our room was very comfortable, well furnished and well decorated. Both food and service in the restaurant were excellent. The breakfast menu catered for all tastes; the food was plentiful and self service ensured we had exactly what we wanted. The dinner menu was also excellent. - Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was large, well appointed and extremely clean. I had asked for an upstairs room overlooking countryside - my request was complied with and we had a lovely view. Food was outstanding for a hotel. Breakfast plentiful, varied and extra items ordered (ie veggie sausages and smoked haddock) arrived swiftly. Dinner also excellent.

We were also contacted prior to our arrival by the owner asking if everything was alright and if we would be requiring food on our arrival. The owner, who was very friendly, she met us as we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable with a very large bed and on suite shower. We did not have an evening meal but the breakfasts on both mornings were excellent, the owner couldn't have been more accommodating. We would highly recommend The Chilli Pepper to fami
