  We booked this hotel instead of the Spreadeagle in Thame, and were very glad that we did. It had been a long drive down and we were both tired, and once we had sorted out our choice of room at reception entered into Room 129, a fair walk but well worth it. I had the bread, olives and hummus, and my partner the Goats cheese tartlet, - We had a very comfortable stay at the Oxfordshire. The staff were all friendly helpful and service good. The bed at the hotel was amazing so big and comfortable. The rooms are modern and cosy and were very clean! The food was very good service in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet style and was lovely really enjoyed it. The spa is also very nice - pool is book and sauna and steam both relaxing. Really nice hotel with wonderful golf course and close to Bicester village.

  They were very helpful. After I was there for three hours I discovered the toilet did not work. They moved me to another room immediately. Two days later the ceiling caved in during the night because of the water from the air conditioner.   The hotel was very comfortable. I had asked for a room with a view over the countryside and was given one. We were originally given a room with an ajoining door which was noisy as we could hear the next rooms tv. I asked reception if we could move. They read my original request for a countryside view and upgraded us for free in order to do this so ... что говорят » we had a four poster bed in a lovely room! - Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was large, well appointed and extremely clean. I had asked for an upstairs room overlooking countryside - my request was complied with and we had a lovely view. Food was outstanding for a hotel. Breakfast plentiful, varied and extra items ordered (ie veggie sausages and smoked haddock) arrived swiftly. Dinner also excellent. - The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and we found all the staff to be smiling and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, well furnished and well decorated. Both food and service in the restaurant were excellent. The breakfast menu catered for all tastes; the food was plentiful and self service ensured we had exactly what we wanted. The dinner menu was also excellent.
