  The room was fantastic - very comfortable and nicely decorated, we felt very comfortable and at home.   Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Also parking on site was a great bonus. Only 10 minute, nice walk into the centre. - The guest house was lovely and clean and the room was the same we were really pleased with it and will definately stay there next time we come to York.

  Nice and friendly family/staff and helpful. The food and room were excellent. Lots of up to date leaflets available with things to do for all weathers. The family remembered us from last years stay which was nice. - Very friendly staff. Convenience of a car park and licenced bar.

  I obviously booked my stay there through Bookings.com so had no prior contact to my arrival with the VoY, so had no pre-expectations (except that the photo on the Bk's.com site looked pretty basic, the photo did no justice, the chalet room was a pleasant welcome, comfortable, clean beds, ample storage, WiFi, ensuite bathroom with a good pressured ... что говорят » shower, clean towels, ketlle w T&C&milk supplies & a free use t.v.) On arrival the staff were warm and friendly. The full English breakfas - Our twin room was clean and adequate. We liked it being a separate building next door to the Inn with our own key. The breakfast was excellent and so too was Sunday lunch and evening meals. All the staff were very helpful and friendly
