  Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Also parking on site was a great bonus. Only 10 minute, nice walk into the centre. - The guest house was lovely and clean and the room was the same we were really pleased with it and will definately stay there next time we come to York.

  Nice and friendly family/staff and helpful. The food and room were excellent. Lots of up to date leaflets available with things to do for all weathers. The family remembered us from last years stay which was nice. - Very friendly staff. Convenience of a car park and licenced bar.

On arrival the staff were warm and friendly. The full English breakfas - Our twin room was clean and adequate. We liked it being a separate building next door to the Inn with our own key.
