friendly staff and amiable atmosphere - I liked the friendly and relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The food was very good especially the breakfast. And the evening meal was far superior to the previous Best Western we stayed at. There was also plenty of room in the car park which was good to see after travelling a long way.

Great staff - especially the chef, who went out of his way to find us a restaurant for our evening meal, even though we were not going to eat his food! - everything was excellent. The staff were lovely the food was the best food ever and the stay at the hotel just made the holiday great.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe room......it was a superb room; ground floor with french windows leading to small patio area. The room was beatifully furnished, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The outlook from the hotel was lovely......and we enjoyed a swim, steam room before breakfast

A b&b above a pub is the PERFECT venue. The room was clean, cosy, the staff friendly and helpful. We had great breakfasts, and partook of evening meals and a few drinks in the pub. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay a very enjoyable one. Plenty of extras; generous supply of biscuits, tea, coffee, milk topped up in room every day. Nice Victorian building, which although being out of Kings Lynn centre, good venue for touring countryside and north Norfolk coast. Fairly cheap. Recommended and will return. -
