friendly staff and amiable atmosphere - I liked the friendly and relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The food was very good especially the breakfast. And the evening meal was far superior to the previous Best Western we stayed at. There was also plenty of room in the car park which was good to see after travelling a long way.

Great staff - especially the chef, who went out of his way to find us a restaurant for our evening meal, even though we were not going to eat his food! - everything was excellent. The staff were lovely the food was the best food ever and the stay at the hotel just made the holiday great.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe room......it was a superb room; ground floor with french windows leading to small patio area. The room was beatifully furnished, well equipped and exceptionally clean. We had a nice meal, reasonably priced, in the restaurant, [La Fontaine]. We were upgraded to a suite, perhaps because I had asked for a large bed. The bars were very charming, looking out onto a beautiful garden with impossibly green grass.

A b&b above a pub is the PERFECT venue. The room was clean, cosy, the staff friendly and helpful. We had great breakfasts, and partook of evening meals and a few drinks in the pub. The other two rooms were also rented by people from the Blenheim craft show only 5 minutes away (we were attending as exhibitors) so not only was the venue convenient and the staff lovely, we got to know the other residents too!!
