Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

Absolutely nice connection with center of London, you need only 1 bus toget there. The best value for money payd. Internet in lobby and sometimes in room. - The price, it was extremely good value and although not quite what I was initially expecting, it was good value for the money we paid and in actual fact we only slept there as we were out sight

Very poor reviews on the internet nearly led me to cancel this hotel however for the price we paid it really was excellent - friendly staff, clean rooms ,sheets and towels also spotless and clean towels every day.Breakfast which was included was a decent full English or continental . Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating!
The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us. When an hotel gets it right it just does - and it's difficult to put into words but from the moment we received the welcoming check-in to the moment we left, the ambience made us feel comfortable and at ease. Great location of course. Breakfast was great - lovely friendly attentive service and obviously good quality local ingredients cooked beautifully. Overall, very good value for money.
