  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It looked like hotel had been upgraded recently. I really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was value for money. Overall, I had a really good experience of Hotel... wat mensen zeggen » Lily. It's a great place for families, backpackers, and tourists who are out during the day. I would definitely stay again. - Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

  Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. And when I asked for only egg they gave me two ! That t... wat mensen zeggen » he big bus tour started there ( but didnt finish there the day we did it so was a bit of a trek back to the hotel - not the hotel's fault.) - Very poor reviews on the internet nearly led me to cancel this hotel however for the price we paid it really was excellent - friendly staff, clean rooms ,sheets and towels also spotless and clean towels every day.Breakfast which was included was a decent full English or continental . Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

  After a stressfull day it was such a delight to realise the bnb was only seconds from the bus stop and as we walked up there ( about 8pm) we could see that it was a pub -not full of old loud men watching footie but groups of young people chilling out eating pizza and listening to two young guys playing guitar :) The room was next door, brand new r... wat mensen zeggen » oom- spotlessly clean, freeview tv & free kettle/tea/coffee full length mirror (good for us girls :D) about a 10 minute walk to the high street to - I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating! The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us. We could t hear any noises from other people or the pub downstairs so it was very peaceful at night, me and my partner are definet

  The hotel was clean and comfortable and the car parking facilities were good also. Have stayed in several Ibis hotels and they are all really good.   This hotel is not perfect by any means however for £60.00 a night in central Chelsea im not sure what people expect, i think a lot of the 'bad reviews' on here are out of order considering the price of the hotel. the location is brilliant, couldnt expect anywhere closer for this price. - Excellent location, very close to Bayswater tube station, a... wat mensen zeggen » mid the hustle and bustle of a lively tourist 'hub'.   The location of this hotel is perfect, in the heart of Clovelly. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea from one side and the main street on the other side with a small balcony, it was also very quiet although it was busy. There was a nice selection of tea/coffee, biscuits etc in our r... wat mensen zeggen » oom, as well as bottled water which was very welcome. The breakfast was lovely with generous portion sizes. We stayed at this hotel about 20 years ago - When an hotel gets it right it just does - and it's difficult to put into words but from the moment we received the welcoming check-in to the moment we left, the ambience made us feel comfortable and at ease. Great location of course. Breakfast was great - lovely friendly attentive service and obviously good quality local ingredients cooked beautifully. Overall, very good value for money.

  Het is een eenvoudig hotel. Ik verbleef in kamer 10 zonder raam, met alleen een bovenraampje. Voordeel: heel rustig 's nachts en ik was toch de hele dag weg. Kamer zeer eenvoudig: geen tafeltje, geen stoel. Kamer en sanitair schoon. Pub onder het hotel heel leuk, hoorde wel het geluid van de pub in mijn kamer, maar niet hinderlijk en de pub sloot a... wat mensen zeggen » an het einde van de avond. - Het personeel was erg aardig en het hotel zit boven een pub.
