A very warm welcome. Would stay again and tell family and friends howgood it was. The breakfast was very good. Paul and lorraine made youfill right at home - Lovely friendly couple running the hotel. Good facilities. 5 minutes walk from the Riviera Leisure Centre where I was attending a function.

Good location, close to Torquay centre had parking facilities at rear of hotel and parking at front of hotel which was very good as difficult to park in Torquay centre. Very clean rooms with everything that is needed. The dining room and lounge were very comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of variety. Tea and coffee offered in abundance. The proprietors were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful when my mother became ill whilst we were staying there.
The room was very clean and furnished with a modern taste.
There was a good amount of tea, coffee, milk etc and a couple of small touches such as a chocolate and some biscuits made it feel special.
The breakfast was well cooked and served promptly.
