I liked everything about the hotel, I have o complaints whatsoever. The hosts were very friendly. Even though we were there at a very busy family time (two daughters birthdays) we were made to feel at home. Wonderful peaceful setting with exceptional country views. Seeing the hatching of the blue tits was an added bonus. Easy access to Padstow and Port Isaac. -

Everything. Cool decor, kind, caring, genuine owners. Don't stay anywhere else!!! I especially liked that they didn't have Sky TV, or anything like that to take away from the beautiful setting. Tim and Heather (Mien Hosts!) are both very welcoming and make you feel at home right from the start. Very knowledgeable about Cornwall and willing to advise on visitor attractions. Breakfast is excellent and the atmosphere at table is very convivial.I stayed in the single ensuite - very comfortable. The New Inn Pub is 50 paces away and offers very good food and a wide choice. Diana and David are very friendly and helpful.They are very welcoming and the breakfast is absolutely lovely - amazing choice an variety and the full English is yummy.
The room was very pretty with nice little touches and a lovely bathroom.
We came from London so were a little late, but David was there to welcome us and open the gate for us. He even took our bags in for us.
Both wonderful people, and made our stay very happy and comfortable.

Caroline was very hospitable. The pot of tea on arrival was a lovely touch. Great to be within walking distance of Looe itself with some really helpful hints about where to eat from Caroline. Genuinely the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please. Spectacularly clean. High end quality finish with attention to detail. Considerate owners who obviously desire to please. Opulent and relaxing at the same time. Beautiful biscuits/beverages with mini fridge. Fresh milk - perfect. Flowers created a true sense of countryside - Breakfast was an absolute treat with attention to quality and detail. Room and facilities were fantastic, great shower, very comfortable bed, light clean room with plenty of areas for clothes to go, owners were the best part, were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable, even gave my friend a lift to the wedding, if we were going to miss breakfast they gave little take away breakfast bag. Would stay here again.
