Dating back to 1892, Poole Farm is adjacent to the River Tamar, on the Devon and Cornwall border. With free Wi-Fi throughout and free private parking, it is just 15 miles from Dartmoor National Park.
With views over the countryside, the rooms feature antique furniture and artwork. Each includes a king-size bed, a TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite bathrooms have complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, and a drench shower.

Loved the peaceful location of the beautiful house, the small number of guests, the charming hosts and their (unobtrusive) attentiveness, the luxurious, glossy room, superb immaculate bathroom and, last but not least, the excellent breakfast offering a huge choice - prepared by first class chef - we can't wait to return!

Diana and David are very friendly and helpful.They are very welcoming and the breakfast is absolutely lovely - amazing choice an variety and the full English is yummy.
The room was very pretty with nice little touches and a lovely bathroom.
We came from London so were a little late, but David was there to welcome us and open the gate for us. He even took our bags in for us.
Both wonderful people, and made our stay very happy and comfortable.
B & B with almost hotel like service. Owners will assist with all your needs. The room was of the highest standard, the choice and standard of breakfast was excellent, secluded for quiet evenings but only ten minutes drive from all amenities. Also on the A30 allowing you to explore the whole of Devon and Cornwall with ease.
This was like staying in a 5 star hotel ,I honestly can not give any negatives about our stay other than it was too cheap for what we had Diana and David are lovely down to earth hosts, will stay again. great half way stop over if you have a long drive to Penzance. Excellent.
After many years of visiting England this has to be the best B and B we have ever stayed in. Dianna and David were wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were great and the accommodation top class in a quiet location, and all for a reasonable price.
Loved absolutely everything. Best place we've stayed in our 4 weeks in UK. Hosts very friendly and nothing too much trouble.Gourmet breakfast, spoilt for choice. Relaxing walks to be done in surrounding lanes. Would love to return someday.
Attention to detail was excellent, bathroom was luxurious, breakfast delicious including double yolks on both days! David and Diana very welcoming and considerate hosts. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Lovely campsite too.
Bedrooms are large, immaculately clean and the bathrooms are superb. We were made very welcome by the owners who were very helpful at all times. The breakfast was top class - 10 out of 10 for presentation and content.
