  We stayed at the Pembroke for 2 nights Friday until Sunday. We were warmly greeted by Alan who showed us to our room and explained how the shower etc worked. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We were given a family room but there were only 2 of of us so plenty of room.The location was great just across the road from the pub.   Made to feel very welcome by Lorna and Simon, really friendly. Very clean and spacious family room. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. They were very kind to let us check in early as we were arriving by train in the morning. X - We really enjoyed our stay at the trentham hotel, the room was lovely and clean and all the staff were really welcoming and friendly, they have everything you need and the breakfast was lovely and plenty with excellent and quick service, highly recommended we are going to take our children to stay as it is a lovely family hotel also

  From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room. The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building. Breakfast was good and plenty. when i had to leave they allowed me to leave my bags there for the d... что говорят » ay as my train was in the evening.I will stay there again in the near future.No complaints at all. - we stayed for one night only to attend a concert at winter gardens the location was fab really close the hotel was really clean and presentable the staff were lovely and offered to do our breakfast one hour early as we all had to get to work the manager said we are very flexible they certainly were ten out of ten and a truly delicous quality english breakfast was served would not hesitate to stay again thank u all at the carlton the lumbs
