We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.

This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

Location was brilliant.
Studio room was perfect for 2 people, it was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that you need. We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything you would need for a self catering stay. The apartment was furnished to a high standard . It was in an amazing location just opposite the Millenium Centre and was an easy 25 min walk to the centre. The quay area has a fabulous assortment of bars/restaurants/pubs to choose from. As well as a Sainsbury's express below the apartment.

Stayed in an apartment not hotel. Ideally situated, great value and extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. Lady booking us in was extremely helpful. - It was quite close to the city centre - only a 20 minute walk. \It wasvery secure and the apartment was immaculate and well presented.

a good location. Our apartment was a 5 minute walk to Mermaid Quay which
is very family friendly yet also accommodates a young nightlife. We
walked over their both nights and found many options to eat and drink
at. Overall the apartment was in good condition and our contact person
was very responsive to emails and phone calls.

The location was superb and the view from the picture window is heavenly.
The view from the bedroom window was the city in the distance but predominant is the Millennium Centre.
The apartment is spacious, airy and well equipped. -

We found the complex easily and were swiftly met by friendly staff who showed us to the secure parking bay and our apartment. Absolutely love this place. I felt as if I just changed residence. The staff were very prompt prior to arrival and took care of any questions, concerns, and had good advice for venues. They also provided 25% off at 5 restaurants and pubs down by the wharf. The wharf was about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The city center was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. Booked this apartment as a birthday celebration. The apartment exceeded our expectations both in size and facilities. Perfect location overlooking the Hayes and the St David's 2 shopping centre, restaurants at your doorstep and selection of bars. Loved the freedom it gave us, definitely be booking again ASAP. the friendliness of the member of staff who agreed to meet us when we arrived at Cardiff, and came out of his way to allow us to drop off our luggage at the apartment early - and was very accommodating in allowing us to stay over the 11am departure, this meant a lot as we were very tired and the fact that is was raining at the time - thanks a lot.
