I loved the fact that it was a quiet and spotlessly clean place to stay. We had the self-contained apartment on the top floor which was perfect for us with three children. Three single beds in one room, a double in the other. Two toilets, one with a shower and one on its own. There is a TV in each bedroom which saved arguments over who watches wh

We stayed in 3rd floor accomodations.... two bedrooms, kitchenette, 1 1/2 baths. Street address was "9"....cant remember apartment number. Furnishings all appeared to be new/newer. Very clean. No elevator/lift but that was not a concern for us. Perfect accommodations for us...two adults and three teens. Walk to beautiful park, castle, city centre, etc. is just minutes away. It took me sometime to find a B&B close to the town centre with reasonable price and I think this is the best place to stay for a short visit to Cardiff. The Elgano exceeded all expectations.
My stay was on a weekend when the Welsh rugby team were playing so it was a busy weekend in the City centre.
I arrived at 7.30pm on Saturday and even though I arrived at what seemed a busy time in their restaurant/bar I was greeted with a hello by smiling and courteous members of staff and checked in promptly.

Very relaxing, room had lots of character, breakfast was simple, pub downstairs was cheap and good food. We were looking for a relaxing night and we found it here. Location wasn't too far from the castle and Queen's, but beware that the address is actually 36, not 26. -

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were modest, but a great value for money and also very clean. The hotel is on a good location close to the city center, but still very peaceful and safe. Breakfast was excellent as well, fresh bread, yoghurts, fruit every morning. I would definitely come back to stay at the Beverley, especially if I come back with friends or family.

The staff were very welocoming and gave us alot of information about Cardiff which was helpful as we were not local! Good parking facilities, Nice breakfast, clean and very well looked after. - Friendly , efficient staff. Good breakfast. Good location 15 mins from centre. Clean and comfortable.

Very friendly, lovely seating decked area out front for relaxing in the evening, if you smoke it's ideal.
Unlike many hotels I've stayed in the WiFi was unlimited which meant I could browse and catch up easily and it was a decent speed too. Top marks for this!

The Owner was warm and welcoming. Noticing my use of a walking stick, she offered us the choice of 2 rooms, as she was concerned for my comfort. I have never had this consideration before!! The room was clean, warm and comfortable, and we were shown how to work the tv and digital box. All facilities were clean and working. A key was given and we were able to come and go as we pleased.
